The cuisine at Reiters Hotels has borne the signature of former 3-toque chef Helmuth Gangl for many years. Together with head chef Patrick Moser and his team, they provide both young and old guests with healthy and tasty dishes.

Our head chef began his apprenticeship as a chef at the renowned spa hotel in Bad Sauerbrunn. He then went straight to Reiters Supreme, where he worked his way up and was also instrumental in winning 3 toques. After around 10 years at Supreme, he gained international experience in Ireland and Switzerland, returned in 2018 and has been running Reiters Finest Family since January 1, 2020, bringing fun and finesse to every dish.

His cooking is captivatingly simple yet sophisticated at the same time. With his motivated kitchen team, he surprises his guests - and even us - time and time again. His cuisine is influenced by his childhood in the Bad Radkersburg countryside, by his mother, but also by culinary trips such as to Singapore. That's why there is only one constant with him: change.
