Head chefs Patrick Moser and David Kern jointly run the kitchen at Reiters Finest Family. Their aim is to create balanced, varied and delicious dishes, prepared using high-quality ingredients, which provide moments of enjoyment for the whole family.
Our head chef began his apprenticeship as a chef at the renowned spa hotel in Bad Sauerbrunn. He then went straight to Reiters Supreme, where he worked his way up and was also instrumental in winning 3 toques. After around 10 years at Supreme, he gained international experience in Ireland and Switzerland, returned in 2018 and has been running Reiters Finest Family since January 1, 2020, bringing fun and finesse to every dish.
